Also, before you start something new, take the opinion of the kids well in advance. This makes things easy for the kids and they follow the system correctly.
In the role of a coach, it makes sense that you help the kids develop some good traits as well. To achieve this, measure the performance of the boys individually. Make certain that all the boys spend considerable time on the field and that you praise them whenever they do well. Along with this, it’s of equal importance that those who fail to comply with the stated rules are adequately punished.
This makes the players liable for their acts.
However, be particular about it. Don’t be harsh with the kid. He should not be mocked or made fun of. For instance you can reprimand the individual by a light penalty such as keeping him off a single session.
